Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him; and bring him out unto the elders of his city; and unto the gate of his place;
21:20对长老说,我们这儿子顽梗悖逆,不听从我们的话,是贪食好酒的人。
And they shall say unto the elders of his city; This our son is stubborn and rebellious; he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton; and a drunkard。
21:21本城的众人就要用石头将他打死。这样,就把那恶从你们中间除掉,以色列众人都要听见害怕。
And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones; that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear; and fear。
21:22人若犯该死的罪,被治死了,你将他挂在木头上,
And if a man have mitted a sin worthy of death; and he be to be put to death; and thou hang him on a tree:
21:23他的尸首不可留在木头上过夜,必要当日将他葬埋,免得玷污了耶和华你神所赐你为业之地。因为被挂的人是在神面前受咒诅的。
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree; but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled; which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance。

22:1你若看见弟兄的牛或羊失迷了路,不可佯为不见,总要把它牵回来交给你的弟兄。
Thou shalt not see thy brother's ox or his sheep go astray; and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother。
22:2你弟兄若离你远,或是你不认识他,就要牵到你家去,留在你那里,等你弟兄来寻梢就还给他。
And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee; or if thou know him not; then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house; and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it; and thou shalt restore it to him again。
22:3你的弟兄无论失落什么,或是驴,或是衣服,你若遇见,都要这样行,不可佯为不见。
In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother's; which he hath lost; and thou hast found; shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself。
22:4你若看见弟兄的牛或驴跌倒在路上,不可佯为不见,总要帮助他拉起来。
Thou shalt not see thy brother's ass or his ox fall down by the way; and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again。
22:5妇女不可穿戴男子所穿戴的,男子也不可穿妇女的衣服,因为这样行都是耶和华你神所憎恶的。
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man; neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God。
22:6你若路上遇见鸟窝,或在树上或在地上,里头有雏或有蛋,母鸟伏在雏上或在蛋上,你不可连母带雏一并取去。
If a bird's nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree; or on the ground; whether they be young ones; or eggs; and the dam sitting upon the young; or upon the eggs; thou shalt not take the dam with the young:
22:7总要放母,只可取雏,这样你就可以享福,日子得以长久。
But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go; and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee; and that thou mayest prolong thy days。
22:8你若建造房屋,要在房上的四围安栏杆,免得有人从房上掉下来,流血的罪就归于你家。
When thou buildest a new house; then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof; that thou bring not blood upon thine house; if any man fall from thence。
22:9不可把两样种子种在你的葡萄园里,免得你撒种所结的和葡萄园的果子都要充公。
Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown; and the fruit of thy vineyard; be defiled。
22:10不可并用牛,驴耕地。
Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together。
22:11不可穿羊毛,细麻两样搀杂料作的衣服。
Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts; as of woollen and linen together。
22:12你要在所披的外衣上四围作??子。
Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture; wherewith thou coverest thyself。
22:13人若娶妻,与她同房之后恨恶她,
If any man take a wife; and go in unto her; and hate her;
22:14信口说她,将丑名加在她身上,说,我娶了这女子,与她同房,见她没有贞洁的凭据。
And give occasions of speech against her; and bring up an evil name upon her; and say; I took this woman; and when I came to her; I found her not a maid:
22:15女子的父母就要把女子贞洁的凭据拿出来,带到本城门长老那里。
Then shall the father of the damsel; and her mother; take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:
22:16女子的父亲要对长老说,我将我的女儿给这人为妻,他恨恶她,
And the damsel's father shall say unto the elders; I gave my daughter unto this man to wife; and he hateth her;
22:17信口说她,说,我见你的女儿没有贞洁的凭据。其实这就是我女儿贞洁的凭据。父母就把那布铺在本城的长老面前。
And; lo; he hath given occasions of speech against her; saying; I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter's virginity。 And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city。
22:18本城的长老要拿住那人,惩治他,
And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;
22:19并要罚他一百舍客勒银子,给女子的父亲,因为他将丑名加在以色列的一个处女身上。女子仍作他的妻,终身不可休她。
And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver; and give them unto the father of the damsel; because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days。
22:20但这事若是真的,女子没有贞洁的凭据,
But if this thing be true; and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:
22:21就要将女子带到她父家的门口,本城的人要用石头将她打死。因为她在父家行了淫乱,在以色列中作了丑事。这样,就把那恶从你们中间除掉。
Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house; and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel; to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you。
22:22若遇见人与有丈夫的妇人行淫,就要将奸夫淫妇一并治死。这样,就把那恶从以色列中除掉。
If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband; then they shall both of them die; both the man that lay with the woman; and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel。
22:23若有处女已经许配丈夫,有人在城里遇见她,与她行淫,
If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband; and a man find her in the city; and lie with her;
22:24你们就要把这二人带到本城门,用石头打死女子是因为虽在城里却没有喊叫。男子是因为玷污别人的妻。这样,就把那恶从你们中间除掉。
Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city; and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel; because she cried not; being in the city; and the man; because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you。
22:25若有男子在田野遇见已经许配人的女子,强与她行淫,只要将那男子治死。
But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field; and the man force her; and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:
22:26但不可办女子。她本没有该死的罪,这事就类乎人起来攻击邻舍,将他杀了一样。
But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour; and slayeth him; even so is this matter:
22:27因为男子是在田野遇见那已经许配人的女子,女子喊叫,并无人救她。
For he found her in the fie
