      excited about what they read in the paper and about how economics affects their lives。    
      问:举例说明你作出的贡献比期望的要大。    
      答:我的上司要我接手所有未收集到的账户。我收回的账户数目比他定的指标高出20%。我让大家相信我能够尽力解决基于大家需要的问题,而且我是通过询问他们的困难着手的。他们想做什么的话,通常都会听我的意见。    
      举例说明你曾经真正出色地完成了被委派的任务,同样你也可能在新的岗位取得类似的成绩。换句话说,你向面试官暗示,被聘用后你会在哪些环境下发挥得特别好。    
      Q:Give me an example of a time you delivered more than was expected。    
      A:In my last job my boss asked me to take over all the uncollected accounts。 I was able to recover 20 percent more than his goal。 I convinced people that I was willing to work out an affordable schedule based on their needs; and I did this by asking about their problems。 Once they vented; they would usually listen to me。    
    


成就第二部分(6~10问)

      问:你感到最自豪的成就是什么?    
      答:令我最自豪的是在个人管理下,我们医院在第一年就实现了盈利。既然这个目标已实现了,我正准备在另一家医院做同样的工作。这就是为什么在这一行中那么多人向我请教的原因。    
      你的回答应暗示今后你将喜欢从事哪种类型的项目。重点说明你与你所应聘的工作职位相关的目标。面试官想知道你如何将过去的主动性和成就在他公司里变为现实。    
      Q:What acplishment is your greatest source of pride?    
      A:Im proud of how we turned a profit at our hospital in the first year under private management。 Now that goals been    
      acplished; and Im ready to do the same for another hospital; thats why consulting within the industry appeals to me so much。    
      问:如果我聘用你,你首先能作出什么成绩?    
      答:我可以帮你增加在原始设备制造商市场的业务。我已经做了四年原始设备制造商承包商,我知道怎样组织有盈利的交易。    
      给面试官清晰明确的证据来说明只要该公司一旦聘用你,该公司就能马上受益。重点说明你将采取的行动,务必说明你的目标是切合实际的。    
      你能不能说出该公司和行业的具体知识,而且说明这些知识与你在工作和你在部门中的角色有关?    
      Q:If I hired you today; what would you acplish first?    
      A:I could help you increase your business within the OEM market。 As an OEM contractor for four years; I understand how to structure deals that will be profitable。    
      问:对你来说什么样的成绩最难获取?    
      答:刚开始工作时,我觉得跟市场调查人员一起合作很困难,主要原因是大学期间我数据统计和市场调查内容学得不好。我决定参加有关市场调查的研讨会,这个研讨会确实令我增加了自信。现在我跟调查组工作时不再感到为难了,而且我知道提什么问题来获取对我有意义的信息。

      Q:What acplishment was the most difficult for you to achieve?    
      A:I found it intimidating to work with the marketingresearch staff when I started my job; mostly because I hadn't done well in statistics or market research during college。 What I decided to do was enroll in an executive seminar on market research;    
      which really boosted my confidence。 Now I dont feel at a disadvantage when I meet with the research group; and I know what questions to ask to get information thats meaningful to me。    
      问:到目前为止你最大的成就是什么?    
      答:让我感到自豪的是我为校篮球队效力4年,而且能以合格的GPA按时毕业。和我同队的女同学要么少修了学分,要么使整个年级受到影响。    
      我相信我能承受的原因就是有坚定的决心。我从不让自己对事情抱有幻想,而是按时完成并取得好成绩。因此,作为专业顾问,我确信积极的态度具有重要意义。    
      确保你所谈到的成就与你现在所应聘的工作有关系,同时要注意你的回答不能是最好的已成过去,在提及你取得很好成就的同时,要明确表达你的信念,那就是你以后能做得更好。    
      Q:Whats your greatest achievement to date?    
      A:Im proud of the fact that I graduated on time with a solid GPA while I played varsity basketball for four years。 A lot of the women on my team either took a reduced course load or let their grades suffer。 I believe the reason I got through it all was sheer determination; I never even let myself visualize anything but finishing on time and with good grades。 So I firmly believe; as a professional counselor; in the importance of a positive outlook。    
      问:谈谈你要自我努力才能取得的成就。    
      答:我要做两份工作才能使自己读完大学。平时在报社兼职;周末时,我做地产代理。要安排好3份时间表确实很有挑战性,但我做到了,因为    
      不用学校的贷款而毕业对我来说很重要。这是一个让你谈及你过去的技巧的机会,或你的工作需要准确的安排时间的技巧。你如何将精力集中于工作上?    
      Q:Tell me about something you acplished that required discipline。    
      A:I had to work two jobs to put myself through graduate school。 I interned at the newspaper while I studied journalism during the week。 Then on weekends; I sold real estate。 Juggling those three schedules was a challenge; but I did it because it was important to me to graduate without school loans。    
    


成就第三部分(11 ~15问)

     问:你的同事靠你处理什么样的问题?    
      答:大家通常靠我来劝解客户的不满情绪。众所周知我在客户面前从不发脾气。    
      这个问题给应试者一次很好的机会来显示他的独立性、个性力量和职业道德。如果你能证明你在工作中与他人合作愉快而且在同事中享有声望,那么面试官会加深对你的印象。    
      Q:What situations do your colleagues rely on you to handle?    
      A:People often rely on me to handle client confrontations。 Im known as a person who never loses my temper in front of customers。    
      问:谈谈你在小组中或委员会中满足别人的需求。    
      答:我在委员会中审查公司的请病假政策。有一位职员滥用这项政策外出度假。作为小组正直的成员,我在5年任期内基本上没有请过病假。最后我提出了一个设想,那就是允许一周的病假,但要自觉地把这一周病假算进家庭假期中,公司正在考虑这个建议。    
      告诉面试官你在团队事务中的主动行为。你通常在团队里扮演什么角色?    
      Q:Tell me about a need you fulfilled within a group or a mittee。    
      A:I worked on the mittee to review our pany's policy on sick leave。 One of our employees was abusing the system in order to gain vacation time。 I served as the objective member of the group; having used virtually no sick leave in five years of employment。 I ended up presenting an idea that the panys now considering; which is to allow up to one week of sick time to be voluntarily allocated to extra family leave time。    
      问:谈谈你如何支持和协助集体获取共同的目标。    
      答:为了实现股东利益的目标,我通过举办促销活动来清减货仓的存货,而且为顾客、供应商、摊贩和股东举行预展。参加者可用三折的价格购买新的、但看得出有点小毛病的电子部件。从这笔买卖上我们赚了两万美元。    
      面试官要应聘者证明其曾经完成共同目标的一个项目。哪些团体、部门或顾客从你的努力中受益?举出具体的例子说明,不要太笼统。重点说明你通过扩展你自己的小组或部门以外活动而产生利益。

      A:I helped meet our goal of value to stockholders by holding a fire sale of goods to clean out our warehouse。 The public was invited; with a preview fo
