于是起来，往他父亲那里去。相离还远，他父亲看见，就动了慈心，跑去抱着他颈项，连连与他亲嘴（路15：20）。
耶和华有怜悯，有恩典，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱。他不长久责备，也不永远怀怒。他没有按我们的罪过待我们，也没有照我们的罪孽报应我们。天离地何等的高，他的慈爱向敬畏他的人也是何等的大；东离西有多远，他叫我们的过犯离我们也有多远。父亲怎样怜

看哪，我将一切都更新了（启2l：5）。 人若不重生，就不能见 神的国（约3：3）。若有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已过，都变成新的了（林后5：17）。 我也要赐给你们一个新心，将新灵放在你们里面。又从你们的肉体中除掉石心，赐给你们肉心（结36：26）。应当把旧酵除净，好使你们成为新团（林前5：7）。穿上新人，这新人是照着神的形象造的，有真理的仁义和圣洁（弗4：24）。 你必得新名的称呼，是耶和华亲口所起的（赛62：2）。 看哪，我造新天新地，从前的事不再被记念，也不再追想（赛65：17）。这一切既然都要如此销化，你们为人该当怎样圣洁、怎样敬虔（彼后3：11）。 Behold； I make all things new。 Except a man be born again； he cannot see the kingdom of God。 — If any man be in Christ； he is a new creature； old things are passed away； behold； all things are bee new。

使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活（彼前2：24）。 就要脱去你们从前行为上的旧人，这旧人是因私欲的迷惑渐渐变坏的。又要将你们的心志改换一新，并且穿上新人，这新人是照着 神的形像造的，有真理的仁义和圣洁（弗4：22…24）。 因为你们已经死了，你们的生命与基督一同藏在 神里面（西3：3）。叫我们一举一动有新生的样式，像基督藉着父的荣耀从死里复活一样。因为知道我们的旧人和他同钉十字架，使罪身灭绝，叫我们不再作罪的奴仆。因为已死的人是脱离了罪。你们向罪也当看自己是死的；向 神在基督耶稣里，却当看自己是活的。所以，不要容罪在你们必死的身上作王，使你们顺从身子的私欲。……并将肢体作义的器具献给 神（罗6：4，6，7，11…13）。 We； being dead to sins； should live unto righteousness。 Put off； concerning the former conversation； the old man； which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts： and be renewed in the spirit of your mind； and 。。。 put on the new man； which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness。 Ye are dead and your life is hid with Christ in God。 — As Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father； even so we also should walk in newness of life。 Knowing this； that our old man is crucified with him； that the body of sin might be destroyed； that henceforth we should not serve sin。 For he that is dead is freed from sin。 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin； but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our LORD。 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body； that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof： but yield yourselves unto God； as those that are alive from the dead； and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God。 I PET。 2：24。 Eph。 4：22…24。 Col。 3：3。 …Rom。 6：4；6；7；11…13。
