火炼的金子（启3：18）。 人为我和福音撇下房屋，或是弟兄、姐妹、父母、儿女、田地，没有不在今世得百倍的；就是房屋、弟兄、姐妹、母亲、儿女、田地，并且要受逼迫，在来世必得永生（可10：29，30）。 亲爱的弟兄啊，有火炼的试验临到你们，不要以为奇怪，似乎是遭遇非常的事。但如今在百般的试炼中暂时忧愁，叫你们的信心既被试验，就比那被火试验仍然能坏的金子更显宝贵，可以在耶稣基督显现的时候，得着称赞、荣耀、尊贵（彼前4：12；l：6，7）。那赐诸般恩典的 神曾在基督里召你们，得享他永远的荣耀，等你们暂受苦难之后，必要亲自成全你们，坚固你们，赐力量给你们（彼前5：10）。在世上你们有苦难，但你们可以放心，我已经胜了世界（约16：33）。 Gold tried in the fire。 There is no man that hath left house； or brethren； or sisters； or father； or mother； or wife； or children； or lands； for my sake； and the gospel's； but he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time； houses； and brethren； and sisters； and mothers； and children； and lands； with persecutions； and in the world to e eternal life。 Beloved； think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you； as though some strange thing happened unto you。 — Now for a season； if need be； ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations： that the trial of your faith； being much more precious than of gold that perisheth； though it be tried with fire； might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ。 The God of all grace； who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus； after that ye have suffered a while； make you perfect； stablish； strengthen； settle you。 — In the world ye shall have tribulation： but be of good cheer； I have overe the world。 REV。 3。18。 Mark 10：29；30。 I Pet。 4：l2。 …I Pet。 1：6；7。 I Pet。5：10。 …John 16：33。

你把这孩子抱去，为我奶他，我必给你工价（出2：9）。 你们进葡萄园去，所当给的，我必给你们（太20：4）。凡因你们是属基督，给你们一杯水喝的，我实在告诉你们：他不能不得赏赐（可9：41）。 好施舍的，必得丰裕；滋润人的，必得滋润（箴11：25）。神并非不公义，竟忘记你们所作的工和你们为他名所显的爱心，就是先前伺候圣徒，如今还是伺候（来6：10）。 将来各人要照自己的工夫得自己的赏赐（林前3：8）。

我行路，我躺卧，你都细察（诗139：3）。 雅各睡醒了，说：耶和华真在这里！我竟不知道。就惧怕说：这地方何等可畏！这不是别的，乃是 神的殿，也是天的门（创28：16，17）。 耶和华的眼目遍察全地，要显大能帮助向他心存诚实的人（代下16：9）。 我必安然躺下睡觉，因为独有你耶和华使我安然居住（诗4：8）。 耶和华是我的避难所。你已将至高者当你的居所，祸患必不临到你，灾害也不挨近你的帐棚。因他要为你吩咐他的使者，在你行的一切道路上保护你（诗91：9…11）。你躺下，必不惧怕；你躺卧，睡得香甜（箴3：24）。惟有耶和华所亲爱的，必叫他安然睡觉（诗127：2）。 Thou passest my path and my lying down。 Jacob awaked out of his sleep； and he said； Surely the Lord is in this place； and I knew it not。 And he was afraid and said； How dreadful is this place！ this is none other but the house of God； and this is the gate of heaven。 The eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth； to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him。 I will both lay me down in peace； and sleep： for thou； Lord； only； makest me dwell in safety。
